5.—(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 543/2011 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 in respect of fruit and vegetables and processed fruit and vegetables sectors(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 14—
(a)in paragraph 7, for “the end of the period of two years beginning on the day after that on which IP completion day falls” substitute “1 March 2022”;
(b)in paragraph 8, for “the end of the period of two years beginning on the day after that on which IP completion day falls” substitute “1 March 2022”.
EUR 2011/543, amended by S.I. 2019/828; there are other amending instruments but none is relevant. S.I. 2019/828 was amended by S.I. 2020/1452 in relation to the relevant date.
