9. In regulation 12—
(a)after paragraph (1)(e) insert—
“(f)for scheme year 11, on or before the 7th day after the fifth commencement date,”;
(b)in paragraph (6)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (d) omit “and”;
(ii)at the end of sub-paragraph (e) insert “and”;
(iii)after sub-paragraph (e) insert—
“(f)for scheme year 11, on or before the 20th working day after the fifth commencement date,”.
