This Statutory Instrument is to be made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2020/1034 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12A and 12E(2)(c) of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960(1).
In accordance with section 12E(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
