Pensions Act 2004 [F1 and the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005] U.K.

4.— [F2 (1)] In the Pensions Act 2004(1), in section 121(3)(d), the reference to entering administration within the meaning of paragraph 1(2)(b) of Schedule B1 to the IA 1986 is to be read as if it were to entering special administration.

[F3 (2) In the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, in Article 105(3)(d), the reference to entering administration within the meaning of paragraph 2(2)(b) of Schedule B1 to the I(NI)O 1989 is to be read as if it were to entering special administration.]
