Subject to paragraph 6, until 31 August 2023 the EEI of refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function must not be above the values as set out in Table 3.

Subject to sub-paragraph (3) and paragraph 6, from 1 September 2023 the EEI of refrigerating appliances with a direct sales function, must not be above the values as set out in Table 4.

Sub-paragraph (2) does not apply to refrigerated drum vending machines.
