Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme and Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

The following provisions come into force on 1st March 2021—
a
Part 1 (introductory provisions);
b
the following provisions in Part 3 (amendment of the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018)—
i
regulation 7 (amendment of the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018);
ii
paragraphs (b) and (d) of regulation 8 (amendment of regulation 2);
iii
regulation 9 (insertion of regulations 3A to 3D);
iv
regulation 15 (amendment of regulation 33);
v
regulation 16 (amendment of regulation 34);
vi
regulation 27 (amendment of regulation 55A);
vii
regulation 38 (insertion of Schedule 2A).

The following provisions in Part 3 (amendment of the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018) come into force on 1st April 2022—
a
Chapter 5 (amendment of Part 5);
b
regulation 39 (insertion of Schedule 4A).

The following provisions come into force on 1st April 2021—
a
Part 2 (amendment of the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2014);
b
the remaining provisions of Part 3 (amendment of the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018).
