The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(1)(a), (2)(a), (5)(a) and (b) of the Scotland Act 20161.

A draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament pursuant to section 71(7) of that Act.
