SCHEDULE 3 Powers under the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978

HSAW enforcer

1.  In this Schedule, a “HSAW enforcer” means—

(a) the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland;

(b) the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland;

(c) the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland; or

(d) the Secretary of State.
