In Schedule 6 (passenger information) after paragraph 3 insert—

Where the passenger meets the COVID-19 vaccination eligibility criteria for reduced isolation and testing requirements, and indicates that on the Passenger Locator Form, the fact that the passenger meets those criteria.”.
