21. In Schedule 13 (prohibition on arrival of aircraft and vessels into England), in paragraph 4—
(a)after sub-paragraph (d), insert—
“(dza)Cuba;”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (ea), insert—
“(eza)Indonesia;”.
