19.  In regulation 54(1) (fees payable in connection with the designation of approved bodies), in paragraph (5), in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No 920/2013”, at the end insert “(as retained under section 3 of the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018(2) and modified under section 8 of that Act)”.
