Young carer grants: capital and income disregards

Amendment of the Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006

26.—(1) The Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 7 (capital to be disregarded), after paragraph 62 insert—

“63.   Any assistance given in accordance with the Carer’s Assistance (Young Carer Grants) (Scotland) Regulations 2019.”.
