These Regulations may be cited as the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Auctioning (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2021.

They come into force on the 21st day after the day on which they are laid before the House of Commons.

They extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.
