This Order confers powers on Network Rail Infrastructure Limited (Network Rail) to acquire compulsorily land and rights required in connection with the construction and maintenance of access improvement works at Teddington Station, for which planning permission has been separately authorised by a grant of planning permission under Part 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8) from the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The Order also confers temporary and permanent stopping up powers in connection with the construction and operation of the authorised works.
A copy of the deposited plans and the book of reference referred to in the Order may be inspected, on request, at the offices of Network Rail at the Network Rail National Records Centre, Unit 5, Audax Road, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4US.
