11.—(1) Schedule 1 (category 1 countries and territories) is amended as follows.

(2) In the appropriate place in the alphabetical order insert—

(a) “The Azores”;

(b) “Canada”;

(c) “Denmark”;

(d) “Finland”;

(e) “Liechtenstein”;

(f) “Lithuania”;

(g) “Switzerland”.
