Citation, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Interest Merger Reference (Perpetuus Advanced Materials plc) (Pre-emptive Action) Order 2021 and comes into force at 7.30 p.m. on 5th September 2021.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
