For regulation 19 substitute—

“Minor surgery19.
(1)
Subject to Part 6, a contract may provide for the provision by a contractor of minor surgery.
(2)
A contract which includes minor surgery must contain a term which requires the contractor to provide such facilities as are necessary to enable the contractor to properly perform that service.”.
