2.  In section 1(2) of the Office of Communications Act 2002 for “twelve” substitute “thirteen”(1).

The number of members in section 1(2) of the Office of Communications Act 2002 was modified by the Office of Communications (Membership) (Modification) Order 2016 (S.I. 2016/706) to twelve.
