Article 22 (monitoring of CO₂ emissions: eligibility of monitoring methods) is amended as follows.

In paragraphs (7), (8), (9) and (10), for “between State Pairs defined in the ICAO document entitled “CORSIA States for Chapter 3 State Pairs””, in each place it occurs, substitute “subject to offsetting requirements under article 41A”.

At the end of paragraph (12) insert a full stop.
