12.—(1) Commission Decision 2010/381/EU on emergency measures applicable to consignments of aquaculture products imported from India and intended for human consumption(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 1—
(a)number the existing text as paragraph 1;
(b)after paragraph 1 insert—
“2. In this Decision, “competent authority” has the meaning given in Article 3(3) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625.”
(3) In Article 2—
(a)in paragraph 1—
(i)for “Member States” substitute “Competent authorities”;
(ii)for “the Union” substitute “Great Britain”.
(b)in paragraph 2—
(i)for “Member States” substitute “competent authorities”;
(ii)for “importing Member State” substitute “competent authority”.
(4) In Article 3(1)—
