Amendment of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 33) and Sentencing Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022 E+W

8.—(1) The Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 33) and Sentencing Act 2020 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022(1) are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

(2) In the Schedule, in Part 2, in the table, in Column 1, omit the words “Regulation 19(5) of the Childcare (Early Years Provision Free of Charge) (Extended Entitlement) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1257)”.
