Coming into force
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(1), (2)(b) and (3) and 213(2)(d) and (f) of the Water Industry Act 19911.
In accordance with section 213(1A)2 of the Water Industry Act 1991, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
