14. In Schedule 2 to the Children Act 1989 (support for children and families provided by local authorities in England)(1), in paragraph 24(3), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)a Health and Social Care trust established under Article 10 of the Health and Personal Social Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/194 (N.I. 1)).”.
