Amendment of the Health and Social Care Act 20082
In section 23 (guidance as to compliance with requirements) of the Health and Social Care Act 20082, for subsection (1) substitute—

The Commission must issue guidance about compliance with the requirements of regulations under section 20, other than requirements which relate to—
a
the prevention or control of health care associated infections, or
b
training on learning disability or autism.
