4. In the Mental Capacity (Deprivation of Liberty: Standard Authorisations, Assessments and Ordinary Residence) Regulations 2008(1), in regulation 5 (eligibility to carry out a best interests assessment), in paragraph (2)(d), omit “, or a social worker registered in Part 16,”.
