15. In regulation 2(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2013(1), in the definition of “sea-going”, in sub-paragraph (d), for “regulation 8 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 14 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
