16. In regulation 2(1) of the Merchant Shipping (International Safety Management (ISM) Code) Regulations 2014(1), in the definition of “high speed craft”, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
