20. In regulation 3(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Regulations 2015(1), in the definition of “high speed craft”, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
