Amendment of regulation 3A (interpretation of Part 1B)

6.—(1) Regulation 3A is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2), omit the following definitions—

(a)“Crown servant”;

(b)“government contractor”.

(3) In paragraph (2A) insert at the appropriate places entries for—
