Amendment of Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009

4.—(1) Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009(1) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 on common rules for access to the international road haulage market is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 2(2)(b) after “by a vehicle” insert “, whose operator is established in the United Kingdom,”.
(3) In Article 8(2), omit the second subparagraph.
