Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 151, 163, 288 and 373(5) of the Armed Forces Act 20061.

In accordance with section 373(3)2 of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
