The Secretary of State makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 151, 163, 288 and 373(5) of the Armed Forces Act 2006(1).
In accordance with section 373(3)(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
2006 c. 52. There are amendments to sections 151, 163 and 288 but none are relevant.
Section 373(3) has been amended by section 22(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2021 (c. 35), there are other amendments but none is relevant.
