3. Nothing in these Regulations invalidates a UK type-approval which remained valid after IP completion day in consequence of regulation 10A of the Road Vehicles and Non-Road Vehicles Mobile Machinery (Type-Approval) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1).
