Amendment of Part 1 (general) U.K.

Amendments to regulation 5 (Wales) E+W

8.—(1) Omit regulation 5(1).

(2) In regulation 5(2)—

(a) for “any student loan or postgraduate degree loan” substitute “a loan”;

(b) after “apply” insert “in relation to the loan”.
