Amendment of regulation 43 (sealing up of signing sheets)82.
In regulation 43 (sealing up of signing sheets), in paragraph (2) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)
in the case of a petition held in England, Wales or Scotland, the completed signing sheet refusal list;”.
