Citation, commencement and extent
1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) (No. 5) Regulations 2022,
(b)come into force on 15th January 2023, and
(c)extend to England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
