Amendment of regulation 2 (interpretation)32

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1)—

a

in the definition of “certified installer”, in paragraph (b)—

i

omit “EN 45011 or”;

ii

at the end insert “or a subsequent version of that standard”;

b

in the definition of “CHPQA” as it read before it was modified by the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Temporary Modification) Regulations 202125, at the end insert “or a subsequent version of that standard, whichever was relevant at the time of certification”;

c

after the definition of “subsequent tariff”, insert—

  • “subsequent version”, in relation to a standard, means an issue or version of that standard approved by the Secretary of State under regulation 2A;
