Amendment of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201227.

(1)

The Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201230 are amended as follows.

(2)

In regulation 63 (illness or disability of relevant other child)—

(a)

in paragraph (2)(a)(i) before “armed forces independence payment” insert “adult disability payment,”;

(b)

at the end of paragraph 2(a)(iii) omit “or”;

(c)

after paragraph (2)(a)(iv) insert—

“or

(v)

that person would receive adult disability payment but for regulation 28 (effect of admission to hospital on ongoing entitlement to Adult Disability Payment) of the Disability for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations 2022, and remains part of the applicant’s family, ”.

(d)

after paragraph (2)(f) insert—

“(g)

“adult disability payment” means the daily living component of adult disability payment under regulation 5 of the Disability Assistance for Working Age People (Scotland) Regulations 2022;”;

(e)

in paragraph (3)(b) before “armed forces independence payment” insert “adult disability payment,”.
