The Secretary of State1, considering that the requirements of section 45(2) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 20182 are met, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 3(1)(b)(ii) and (iii), 15(2)(b) and (3), 16, 17, 45 and 62(6) of that Act:
