5.—(1) The Hydrocarbon Oil (Registered Dealers in Controlled Oil) Regulations 2002(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3(1) (unregulated controlled oil)(2)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (a), omit “or”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (b).
