4.  In regulation 5(1) (power to designate persons)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (ba), for “(ships: prohibition on port entry etc.).” substitute “(ships: prohibition on port entry etc.);”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (ba), insert—

“(bb) regulations 57J and 57M (aircraft).”.
