Amendments to the Occupational Pension Schemes (Charges and Governance) Regulations 2015 E+W+S

21.  In regulation 11B (relevant information)(1), after paragraph (7) insert—

“(8) In this regulation, in relation to a specified section, references to a “specified scheme” are to be read as references to a “specified section”.”.
