The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Farnborough) Regulations 2022
The Secretary of State has decided it is necessary in the public interest to restrict flying at Farnborough Airport by aircraft of the type specified in regulation 2(1).
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Farnborough) Regulations 2022 and they come into force with immediate effect.
Restricted airspace2.
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), no aeroplane of the type Bombardier BD700-1A10 and which is operated by Global Jet Luxembourg S.A. is to depart from Farnborough Airport.
(2)
Paragraph (1) does not apply to any aircraft flying with the permission of the Secretary of State.

These Regulations impose restrictions of an emergency nature on the departure of specified aircraft types from Farnborough aerodrome, Hampshire, for reasons in the public interest.
They are intended to be of temporary duration and will be revoked as soon as it is deemed appropriate to do so.
