Amendment of the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

2.  In regulation 14 of the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Oral or By conduct list”, for “version 4, dated 29th October 2021” substitute “version 5, dated 10th March 2022”(2).
