1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Pension Schemes (Member Contributions etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.
(2) This Part and Part 3 come into force immediately after the expiry of section 45 of the Coronavirus Act 2020(1).
(3) Part 2 comes into force on 1st October 2022.
(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
