Provisions coming into force, for the purposes of exercising any power to make regulations, or to prepare and publish guidance, on 15th March 2022 and, for all remaining purposes, on 6th June 20223
The following provisions of the Act come into force for the purpose of exercising any power to make regulations, or to prepare and publish guidance under paragraph 21 of Schedule 1 to the Act, on 15th March 2022, and for all remaining purposes on 6th June 2022—
a
section 12 (offence of breaching the prohibition or causing or facilitating a breach);
b
section 13 and paragraphs 1 to 3, 5 to 8, 10, 14 to 18, 21, 22 and 25 of Schedule 1 (civil sanctions).
