There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Judicial Pensions Regulations 2022, Paragraph 10.
10. If a transition member with continuity of service (T) opts out of this scheme and T has less than 2 years’ qualifying service, T must be repaid T’s member’s contributions under a pre-2022 scheme.
