Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Armed Forces Pensions (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st April 2022.

The following provisions come into force on 31st March 2022—
a
this regulation;
b
regulation 3(2)(c) and, so far as it relates to that provision, regulation 3(1) and (3); and
c
regulation 5(2)(d) and, so far as it relates to that provision, regulation 5(1) and (3).
