Citation, commencement, extent and application1.

(1)

These Regulations—

(a)

may be cited as the Protection of Animals at the Time of Killing (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2022; and

(b)

come into force on 3rd February 2022.

(2)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales but apply in relation to England only.
