Amendment of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001

10.—(1) The Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 53(5)(b) (additional requirements for applications for a proxy vote for a particular or indefinite period on grounds of blindness or any other disability)(2), after “young people” insert “or the enhanced rate of the mobility component of disability assistance for working age people”.
